Chateraise!
We ate out for dinner, and on the way back, we stopped by Chateraise. My mom and sister bought a lemon soufflé cheesecake because it was half off. There was more lemon peel in it than I expected, but it wasn't too bitter and it was delicious 😊 Chateraise cakes used to not be very good 😅, but they've gotten quite tasty over time, so I go there for cakes sometimes ꉂꉂ(*σˊᗜˋ)σ As a resident of Fukuoka Prefecture, I personally believe it's because Sakaeya became a subsidiary!(´艸`*)

Chateraise has gotten really good, right?! I was thinking the same thing!! They have a wide variety and seasonal menus too. I live nearby, so I go buy some occasionally 😆

Lemon soufflé! Sounds great! When I go to Chateraise sometimes, I always get overwhelmed because all the cakes and bread look and taste so delicious.
