The station had changed

The path from the station hadn't changed The shrine along the way was still there The building I was looking for was gone Parking lot I stood there, stunned, for a while With an empty feeling, I returned to the station Still feeling empty I arrived at the transfer station where we agreed to meet Past the promised time When I called, you were still asleep In a hurry while you were coming late, the station where I waited with a happy heart That day, you seemed so apologetic, and a little gentler than usual I transferred to the line I always took I vaguely thought about what you must have been thinking while you were on your way to see me Why Why Why I'm sorry
