One Suit
Once you get to the Gold Room or higher, it's pretty hard to avoid conceding a hand after declaring Riichi (because your discards become easier to read), so it's tough to complete a one-suit hand. That's why I'm happy with this recent one. If I'm going for a one-suit hand, I prefer not to call any honor tiles. Since it's a 3-player table, well, if I have the leeway. Ah, Koyasu-san has such a good voice again…

In the Gold Room of 3-player Mahjong, you'll face players who are at the Silver Room skill level. They don't really have a concept of defense, so they'll happily go for a full flush. I often see scores like 48 points for the East round dealer when they get directly hit and have Dora on top.
