Same here! It's Day 2 for me too! This might just be me, but opening my chest fully and taking deep breaths helps. Turns out I had anemia from shallow breathing, not getting enough oxygen.

I'm on my period and my lower back on the left side is in excruciating pain, so I can't move properly 💦 And I'm getting unusually sleepy... 😴😴
