For lunch today, I made tonkatsu! It was hot making fried food, but it came out nice and crispy~! I had vegetable soup with the tonkatsu.

Pork cutlets are great, aren't they! Cleaning up after frying is a hassle though... that crispy texture of pork cutlets is amazing, right lol
