Slept a little too well

I went to bed last night after purchasing a subscription and using the sleep support feature. I slept incredibly well, and now I'm wide awake and feeling refreshed this early in the morning! 🙄 I think not using my phone before bed probably made a big difference, but still, I'm confused about waking up this early 🥹 I might be falling into the subscription trap...
