The Correct Way to Use It

This is a continuation of the story about the collar from the other day. The snap was made quite well. The fingers are also properly done this time. There's a sense of unease conveyed. However, the one the collar is put on... yeah, that's the correct usage, isn't it? Conversely, how else are you supposed to use it?
