Dungeon Participation

I just started playing in the dungeon. I get defeated sometimes when I look away for a second (lol) I'm aiming to be the #1 Hero and taking down other heroes, but I'm getting anxious about what happens when I finally reach first place. By the way, the party slots increase midway, and you recruit monsters (obtained through gacha) instead of humans.
