Woke Up Like a Palm Tree / Cinnamon (Singing Cover)

Do you guys have a favorite Sanrio character? 🤔 While I have my own ultimate favorite, I can't deny the cuteness of this cover... 😭 This is an official video where Cinnamoroll (Cinnamon), a popular Sanrio character, covers the hit song "Woke Up Like a Palm Tree" by Vocaloid producer YukoP 🎶 It comically depicts the daily life of waking up with messy hair that looks like a 'palm tree,' and panicking because it won't get fixed 🤣 Cinnamon's (CV: Taeko Kawata) slightly lispy, childlike singing voice perfectly matches the song's rhythm! 😱 lol Especially the spoken-word parts in the lyrics like "What do I do with this?" and "I wet it and it got worse," hearing little Cinnamon earnestly sing them is overwhelmingly adorable 🥰 They've perfectly recreated the original MV's surreal and quirky animation in Cinnamon's style ✨️ From the 'palm tree-like bedhead' sticking out of his head to Cinnamon flapping his ears to replicate the girl playing the recorder in the original, every second is packed with details you can't miss 🌴🐶
