Being afraid to meet people means you're really exhausted mentally. It's better to rest than to force yourself to go to school and end up crying. Don't make any weird jokes now, just relax at home and let your heart rest!

Good work. There are times when meeting people is scary, right... lol Surprisingly, things often work out if you muster up some courage, but taking that first step is the hard part, isn't it? I can talk to people now that I'm a working adult, but back in school, I was so shy and bad at communicating that I couldn't even hold a proper conversation, so I understand that pain all too well... I hope tomorrow you'll feel a little less fear and a bit more courage than today!
