Found a hidden quest!
I tried downloading the one from the time quest here and found a hidden quest! Looks like you get 2000 and 3000 gems for 1 and 3 ferments, respectively. Time quests might be tough, but there's a 12-hour window, so I'll try to put in 30 minutes of effort to spread it out eventually.

Susumu-kun's time quest is such a pain, isn't it? 😅 You can't just leave it, and if you tap it, it goes to an ad... 💦 I wish the ad time counted towards the time quest, lol. Try to clear it within 30 minutes somehow! ♪
