Hello everyone, how are you all doing? ♪ Recently, the Consumer Affairs Agency announced a draft proposal for regulations on malicious advertising, known as 'dark patterns,' on the internet. After reviewing some of them, it seems most advertisements would fall under this category. The bill is scheduled to be submitted to the Diet next year. While it's appreciated that obnoxious ads might become more subdued, I wonder if point-earning services are in a pinch? As a point-earning lady, I truly hope the services themselves can persevere.
