Isn't the cradle carry behavior weird? Just me?

After the update, when flying with the cradle carry, I think the person being carried started to look like they're drifting away from the person carrying them. Was it like this before? Of course, it shifts when flapping wings, but even just with jump movement, the subtle drifting is bothering me so much... Was it like this before the update? Is anyone else in the same situation?
