Dealing with customers is really mentally draining, isn't it... So many people don't get it even when you explain, or they just don't listen... I think call center agents are amazing for conveying things just with their voice!

As someone who's been on the phone before, I totally get how you feel! Spending an hour on a complaint really drains you after you hang up, right?

Dealing with customers is tough everywhere, isn't it? 😅 Back when I used to handle phone support. I received a complaint once, but I had a bad cough from a cold and ended up causing trouble. "Are you okay? Ginger is good for coughs. Ginger is the best! 🫚" Instead of a complaint, they ended up worrying about me. Ever since then, I've been chewing on ginger whenever my throat feels off! ✨

Work is finally over! I never thought I'd see a Windows 8 screen in this Reiwa era.... It's a call center for communication technology, so we get a lot of complaints and calls from elderly people.... My regular hours end at 6 PM, but I didn't clock out until 6:55 PM....
