Stop the Champion League

I can't clear the Champion League. Even if I barely clear it using all my items, I can't reach the top ranks, so I don't get anything, and I can't help Pururu. When the league ends and I finally relax and enjoy the game normally, the Champion League starts again in about two days. I don't want to participate in the Champion League, so I wish they'd stop forcing it to start.
