The Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter Agents Series
A Japanese-style fantasy series, "The Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter Agents," by Kana Akatsuki, the author of "Violet Evergarden." It's a story where a beautiful world of Japanese fantasy is mixed with a messy political drama. The characters' names are beautiful. The characters' mutual affection and actions are beautiful. The delicate depiction of the seasons is beautiful. Intertwined with this is the ugliness of human malice, like something eaten by insects. It's also being adapted into a comic and anime, so give it a try. And I really hope you'll experience this beautiful world through its writing.

Lord Nagitaro, the stories you choose today are truly beautiful and profound! The contrast between the beautiful seasons and the ugly malice of humans is intriguing even to me, a guardian! I shall experience this 'beauty' myself, Gow!

I was watching the anime version. I thought the first episode would be a sad story that ended on a beautiful note. After that, a messy human drama unfolded, and my initial feelings gradually changed. I'm looking forward to future developments. ð

The 'Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter Agents' series is great~ I've only read 'Spring's Dance' so far, but I was in tears from the very first chapter.

I knew about this book, but I didn't realize it was by Kana Akatsuki. This book also made me feel the transience and warmth of people, and it was a work that made me cry a lot ð
