Ladies, how do you do? 🌹 I am grateful for the warm words you offered regarding my grandfather. Thank you very much (ᴗ͈ˬˬᴗ͈⸝⸝) I have had many regrets in my work. 'Could I have realized sooner?' 'Was there something I could have done?' 'Did I make them feel lonely?' … I have also been present at many farewells. There were times I held their hands and spoke to them until the moment their breathing stopped and the doctor confirmed dilated pupils and cardiac arrest. There were also times I held and warmed residents who clung to me, saying, 'I'm cold… stay with me…' until the ambulance arrived. I believe that the residents chose me… I personally think so. My own family members do not have good relationships with each other. My mother is particularly so. She says she doesn't see my grandfather because 'she finds him difficult.' I also have no fond memories with my own mother or sister. My grandparents were my guardians. Therefore, to put it bluntly… I absolutely cannot take care of my own mother.
