Nasal Rinsing Debut
My ENT doctor recommended it, so I recently started nasal rinsing. I got a set from a Matsumoto Kiyoshi-like store that's cost-effective and easy to use~! I thought the ones with pre-mixed liquid were too expensive to keep up with, but I think I can stick with this one ð«¢ I've become addicted to the refreshing feeling in the morning, so I'm thinking of continuing for a whileâŠ

Just like contact lenses, I'm a bit scared because of the psychological hurdle, ^^;;; Maybe once I try it, it won't be so bad, and I might get hooked on the convenience and refreshing feeling..., but I'm really bad at stepping into a new world from my daily life, ><;;; I respect your adventurous spirit, and I'll just pray that you have a comfortable life, ^^/

I've heard nasal rinsing is good, but it sounds painful and I'm too scared to try it... My nose gets stuffy so often, I wish I could get used to it ðŠ
