I messed up!
Good morning! 🌹 This morning I had a croissant (a small one) and some frozen Milanese doria. The croissant was deliciously sweet! ✨ But sadly, the center of the doria wasn't fully thawed! That feeling of despair when it's still icy cold! Why? I microwaved it for 30 seconds longer than the instructions said... Was it not enough? ( ´︵` )

I also sometimes find the center of frozen bolognese is still frozen when I heat it up~! Checking the temperature or adjusting its position midway through heating, if possible, increases the chances of it turning out okay~!
