Level 484 Failure & Same as Level 265?

Level 484 has a failure issue where the red signal timing doesn't match the cage open/close timing. I thought I'd have to use an item, but if you fail once and then continue, the cage opens, so you can clear it. I thought I'd seen this before, and it's the same problem as Level 265.
