How to Read It
Came to a soba restaurant for a slightly late lunch. Haven't been here in a while. Since I'm here, I thought I'd have some sake... Shizuoka Prefecture's "日本刀" - it's read "Katana". That's new. It really is "Katana" (sword), huh. lol. I don't know much about it, and I only drink what I like, so it's all new to me. For soba, I always get Tenzaru (tempura soba). I went with the Tenzaru and Inari set. Soba restaurant tempura is the best, isn't it?

Having sake with soba, how stylish! ^^/ (Like the chic Edo period) And the combination of soba with tempura is also wonderful, ^^/ It might be a popular belief, but they say Tempura Soba originated from Ieyasu, who loved both tempura and soba, wanting to eat them together!! (stubbornness? luxury? ^^;;) and became established, lol Warm soba with tempura (kakiage is also fine) is good, but I prefer cold soba with tempura, the soba-tsuyu dipping sauce kind, ^^>

Lovely~♥ Why is sake so delicious when you drink it while the sun is still out? 🍶✨ Everything is delicious at a proper soba restaurant, isn't it? (*´ω`*) Soba tea and soba water are also super tasty~ Lucky you!
