Medalist

I'm rooting for Medalist!!! Medalist is an incredible work, stemming from the immense love and respect of its production team. First off, the original manga artist, Kada Tsurumai, is an ardent fan of voice actress Natsumi Haruse. Driven by a genuine desire to have Natsumi Haruse play the protagonist, Medalist was brought into existence. Why figure skating? It's because Natsumi Haruse is a fan of figure skating. Well, that's unwavering. And Medalist is a manga loved by many celebrities. When the anime adaptation of Medalist was being planned, Kenshi Yonezu himself made a counter-offer! That song is "BOW AND ARROW". It's amazing right from the intro, so please give it a listen. Kenshi Yonezu's sense of wording is truly superb. And in the music video for "BOW AND ARROW", none other than the gold medalist Yuzuru Hanyu appeared! Apparently, Yuzuru Hanyu has been a long-time fan of Kenshi Yonezu since his days as the Vocaloid producer Hachi. The genuine passion and support from everyone involved made the anime "Medalist" a wonderful creation. Currently, the second season is available for a limited-time free stream on YouTube, so please watch it!! I really want to say more, but I'm running out of characters!
