Oh my goodness!
It's raining cats and dogs outside the castle~ The King has ordered us to evacuate, but the shelters aren't open, and the roads have already turned into a waterlogged area that would surprise even Splatoon. Should I just stay inside on higher ground???? For now, my mobile battery is fully charged, and I've stored water in preparation for a potential water outage. A lady's preparedness, you know.

AuthorThe Aikan line... has stopped... For those outside the prefecture, this is a train that doesn't stop unless something major happens.
