I wanna take a breakkkk
In the latter half of my second year of middle school, my autonomic nervous system got messed up, I had no motivation, and I often cried at night. I frequently took days off because I didn't want to go. I managed to return, but after summer vacation ended, I started thinking again that I didn't want to go. When I told my parents I wanted to take a break, they got in a bad mood and yelled at me, which made me want to go even less. I want to study for my exams, but nothing is going into my head. Did I get into the habit of taking too many breaks?

Getting scolded makes you even less willing to go, right? It's like a habit of taking breaks, but after a long break, everyone feels reluctant to go, though they can. However, for kids who can't, they overthink things and their mental state drops, which is tough. Some kids who went to free schools have started to be able to attend a bit, so there are other options, try to relax. There seem to be places where you can take online classes via tablet, and the more you think you have to go, the less you'll be able to, so relax and take it easy. As a parent, you want them to go to school... Maybe you could discuss the various options with your child? Sorry if I'm being harsh. But if they have depressive symptoms, isn't studying in a relaxed environment better?

Sorry. It wasn't depression, it was autonomic nervous system imbalance. My apologies.
