Couldn't go to school today either...
Since I joined, I thought I'd give an update on my situation. It's been about four years since I developed severe depression due to stress. I didn't want to take medication, so I've been dragging it out and haven't been able to attend school properly in middle school. Recently, I've finally been able to wake up in the morning, and I'm setting a goal to wake up in the morning so I can go to a free school, even if I don't go to regular school. I was anxious about the entrance exams, but I heard there are correspondence schools that you can enter without exams, which eased my worries a bit, thinking "I might be able to get a diploma..." Please take care of me.

Just being able to go to freeschool is amazing. Relax and take it at your own pace. You might fall asleep if you set a timer and listen to your favorite relaxing music while trying to sleep.

I also went to correspondence school after dropping out, and it's pretty relaxing mentally, so I'd recommend it!

I also had a period of not attending school. My daughter also didn't attend school in middle school and is now in a correspondence high school. Correspondence high schools vary greatly in terms of attendance frequency and cost depending on the school (I feel like there are more expensive ones in urban areas), so I recommend carefully comparing them through the internet and brochures. Online reviews can be unreliable or outdated, so you can't take them at face value... There are also trial admissions, so it's good to visit casually. Separately from correspondence high schools, there's also the high school equivalency exam. I hope your future is filled with wonderful moments.
