Going to the doctor's! Due to the nature of my job (call center staff), I have some mental health concerns and visit the clinic once a month. It's a lifesaver that the clinic is open on weekends and holidays, but it's a bit far... sigh.

You must be exhausted from traveling far for a hospital visit on a Monday morning. Since your job really wears you down mentally, regular check-ups are super important. On your way back from treatment, make sure to treat yourself and take it easy.
