I tried to exchange for 100 yen worth of PayPay. The process was convoluted and I ended up not getting it. I don't recommend it.

Rakuten Points and Amazon Gift Cards can be exchanged pretty smoothly, but is PayPay that complicated?

Are you talking about PayPay points? I sometimes exchange them, and it always goes smoothly for me 😆 If you're quick, they can even exchange it on the same day (*^_^*)

I also struggled with PayPay 😭 PayPay is convenient, but I find myself thinking I should just use something else next time 😭
