[Party People Genius]

The genius strategist of ancient China, "Zhuge Liang Kongming." As he lay dying from illness, he passed away wishing, "If I am reborn, I want to be born in a peaceful era without war." Then, he found himself standing at the Shibuya Scramble Crossing right in the middle of Halloween. Kongming was led by the Halloween revelers into a club, where he encountered "Eiko Tsukimi" and her singing. The next day, a drunken Kongming was taken in by Eiko. After learning about his current situation... Kongming, deeply moved by her song, begins to utilize his talents as a strategist to make her a superstar...! This anime is incredibly exhilarating and fun, I highly recommend it! And all the songs are wonderful, it had a charm that drew me into the anime! The most amazing part is that Eiko's voice actress, Kaede Hondo, and the singer, 96Neko, are cast separately. Honestly, I mistook them for the same person singing. 96Neko adjusted her singing style to match Eiko's voice actress, so there's no dissonance. 96Neko originally has a husky, cool singing voice, but when singing as Eiko, it's a very transparent and beautiful voice! There are also rap parts and many other charming elements in this anime!
