When you invest after a round, even if your production is high when you register a friend, it becomes a meager amount (like 100,000 gold) reflecting the low production value at the time of investment. The problem is that even after increasing your production power, this production value reflection doesn't happen unless you perform a certain 'ritual'. The game's help section mentions that 'restarting the app', 'changing your favorite settings in Pig Collection', and 'watching video ads' are the rituals to match the production value and investment amount. I think changing the Pig Collection is the easiest, so I always do that. There are quite a few beginners who get angry, saying things like 'I'll block anyone who invests when my production is low,' without knowing this system. However, it's usually just people whose remaining funds are invested in bulk at a low amount, and they're not so idle as to specifically target low production periods... Please don't assume malice. Anyway, if you don't want to be invested in small amounts, quickly increase your production value (using the investment you should have kept from the previous round) and reflect it through the ritual. That's the key.
