Went to slurp some ramen!
I went to Okamoto Shoyu Noodle. The soup is a light broth with a strong anchovy flavor, but it was so delicious I forgot about getting extra noodles and drank about half of it. Since they make their own noodles, the noodles are also the best. They're chewy and have a great wheat aroma. There are 3 types of chashu, but personally, the chicken chashu is amazing. It's moist, light, yet juicy and springy. The fried chicken is also top-tier for ramen shop fried chicken!

The flavor of dried sardines and the umami of chicken, truly a robust bowl. A commendable, sincere approach to food. I must strive to make it sustenance for tomorrow.

Niboshi ramen is light and delicious, isn't it? 🤤 Especially with homemade noodles, they must be made to match the soup… it makes me even hungrier. That seasoned egg looks tasty too. The chicken chashu looks so moist and tender, it's definitely the good stuff. Now I really want some ramen.
