Went to slurp some ramen!

I went to Okamoto Shoyu Noodle. The soup is a light broth with a strong anchovy flavor, but it was so delicious I forgot about getting extra noodles and drank about half of it. Since they make their own noodles, the noodles are also the best. They're chewy and have a great wheat aroma. There are 3 types of chashu, but personally, the chicken chashu is amazing. It's moist, light, yet juicy and springy. The fried chicken is also top-tier for ramen shop fried chicken!
