This year's anniversary event banner character and limited fes character

I wonder who the banner character and limited fes character will be for the anniversary event? I heard somewhere that the banner character was supposed to be Emu, but she's already featured in the current pickup, so I have a feeling the limited fes character will be the Tenma siblings.
