Kuzu no Honkai (Scum's Wish)

『 Kuzu no Honkai (Scum's Wish) 』 (The original manga is completed, and while the anime only goes partway, it ends at a good stopping point.) ~ Synopsis ~ It's a heartbreaking and messy romance story where high school students suffering from unrequited love repeatedly engage in twisted relationships to alleviate their individual "unfillable loneliness"! ~ Thoughts ~ This is a manga by Mengo Yokoyari, who is also in charge of the art for "Oshi no Ko"!!!! It's a feast for the eyes with beautiful art featuring only handsome and beautiful characters!!! Also, all the voice actors are a perfect fit and are wonderful! As the synopsis suggests, it's quite a messy anime, and since there are many scenes that seem like bed scenes, it's not a work I'd particularly recommend for children, but it's quite an interesting one. The opening is by 96Neko, and the ending is by Sayuri (Sanketsu Shoujo), and both fit the lyrics and atmosphere of the anime really well, which is great d(˙꒳˙* ))
