Draw this for me!

This is the long-awaited anime adaptation of "The Masterpiece," by Minoru Toyoda, which won the Manga Taisho 2023 and the Shogakukan Manga Award. I got goosebumps from the sheer passion when the protagonist, who simply loved reading manga, decided to pick up a pen, inspired by meeting their idol mangaka and friends, thinking, 'I want to draw too.' The contrast between the peaceful scenery of Izu-Oshima and the intense 'obsession with creation' hidden in the characters' hearts is incredibly captivating. Including the lyrics and theme of Tatsuya Kitani's opening song '遺書' (Isho - Will/Testament), it perfectly encapsulates the essence of creation: 'leaving one's existence behind in a work.'
