New Event

I usually skip story events, so I only read parts that catch my eye. But looking at the new illustrations, I wonder if this one isn't too dark? There have been a lot of heavy stories lately, like Tsukasa's despair event, Akito's a while back, or the Thorn event (though Thorn wasn't that recent). Part of me wants them to have a brighter time, but I also love despair stories and want to see them for other characters... It's complicated.
