Since I finally got it...
I put the Team Rocket's Grand Plan into my Meowscarada deck and battled. Some people immediately surrendered, perhaps because missing with Dragapult's attack due to confusion really got to them. It surprisingly had good synergy, but I do feel like I need some healing.

Team Rocket's grand scheme is quite a bold and interesting tactic. Their flashy maneuvers to toy with the opponent are thrilling to watch. The lack of recovery options is a concern, but isn't that part of the fun of a battle?
