I've been having asthma attack symptoms since this morning. I was feeling pretty good for the past few days, so this is even more of a shock. There's no sign of it calming down yet. It's subtly annoying that it's not bad enough to rush to the hospital. I'll go get some meditation support from Boski and try to control my breathing 😭
