However, airing this during casual game app ads without considering gender or age at all, rather than just inserting it between other videos, is insane. This should be reported and criticized; they must be out of their minds. Recently, Atom Clinic has switched to advertising hair loss treatments. While this might be more sensitive for some than genitals, it can withstand broadcast on terrestrial TV. Moreover, even if it's not relevant to you, it's not particularly offensive. However, just because they've switched doesn't make it okay. The content is still targeted at adult men, so they're likely not considering gender or age anyway. On the other hand, if it relates to personal matters that one can't discuss with a partner or younger people, maybe it makes some sense. It seems legal at first glance, but what do you think?
