Regarding Erasmus's Guidance in the New Event 'Swaying in the Storm'

Rare Artifact: 『Erasmus's Guidance』 Hand size +1 At the start of your turn, if you don't have 'Navigator's Choice' in hand, draw 1. When the boss's HP decreases by 10%, gain 'Sailing' +1 (max 10). 'Sailing' enhances the effect of 'Cleaving the Waves'. When your HP decreases by 10%, gain 'Anchoring' +1 (max 10). 'Anchoring' enhances the effect of 'Shore Leave'. 『Navigator's Choice』 (Cost 0) Cleaving the Waves: Consume all 'Sailing'. For each point, all allies' final damage dealt +10%, gain 5 Madness. If 5+ points are consumed, deal 3 Weakness to all enemies + 35% of lost HP as fixed damage. Shore Leave: Consume all 'Anchoring'.
