The opponent Madoka's special move is terrifying

I was able to clear the normal difficulty with full auto until the end, but I don't know if I can clear the next difficulty. The rewards are good, so I want to clear at least the second floor. Since the opponent's attacks are fierce, I'm thinking of switching the selected members' abilities to defensive ones. I don't have enough resources to meticulously select boosts, though.
