About the Health Benefits of Vinegar

Acetic acid, which is related to lowering blood pressure and weight, apparently doesn't change in quantity depending on the type of vinegar. If you take 1 tablespoon daily continuously, visceral fat and body weight will decrease. Drinking vinegar to make your body flexible is a "lie" (There's no scientific basis) When boiling clams, adding vinegar causes the calcium in the clams to dissolve, increasing calcium intake. Vinegar's acetic acid is heat-resistant. (It's fine if you cook it, like boiling) Adding vinegar before or after heating can prevent Vitamin C from being destroyed. (e.g., with bell peppers) Black vinegar is rich in amino acids. It's expected to help with fatigue recovery and skin hydration. Apple cider vinegar is rich in potassium. It's said to be effective for blood pressure because it helps excrete excess salt from the body and dilates blood vessels. I took notes after watching a recording of "Hayashi-sensei no Hatsu Mimi Gaku" (Mr. Hayashi's First Ear Academy). Some people might have their blood sugar spikes suppressed by adding 1 tablespoon of vinegar to ramen, but it didn't work for me. (I measured it properly). I heard that vinegar onions are effective, so I did that for a while, and I also tried apple cider vinegar, but I stopped. If I don't see results right away, I lose motivation…. I've heard that vinegar is good for washing off the slime when cleaning natto packs, but maybe it's better to just add vinegar when eating natto.

I tried pickled onions and apple cider vinegar too, but I don't do it anymore. What should I do with the leftovers? (´ . .̫ . `)
