I don't usually like chicken skin, but it looks like it would be delicious with ponzu sauce and vegetables💖 Something like a Japanese-style octopus marinade... I'm not sure what it is exactly, but... it's interesting to see this kind of variation... The only ways I've ever cooked octopus are simply with ponzu, wasabi soy sauce, or in octopus rice... I'm also curious about the takoyaki ingredients~😋 Everything the Master makes is delicious!!
