If you're aiming for frame perfect, I think you should get closer to the theoretical best. I haven't personally run the Finale Chapter, so I'm not entirely sure, but honestly, I don't think it's possible. If you do run it, maybe aim to grasp the current situation and get a feel for the run, rather than focusing on frame perfect. If you happen to get it, that's just a huge bonus.
