Pulling for New Character and Owned Characters' Signature Weapons

Next up, I'm aiming for Last Dance and Heart's signature weapon, but if Carlotta and Heart drop at the same time, that'd be insane... I'm saving up now, but I only have enough for about 90 pulls, so it's already risky. However, maybe it's because not all skills are maxed out on the Electro team, but I feel a lack of firepower with Xiangling at 1 copy & her signature weapon too. If Heart is coming with Electro anyway, I want to revamp the Electro team, and there are rumors that Heart requires 'Suiming' but who knows, and for the Condensation team, I have Carlotta and Zhezhi ready, so it's easy to handle and not lacking firepower yet, so I want to give them their signature weapons. Huhu is also supporting the Condensation team nicely, though not perfectly synergistic, and I love her because her animations are absolutely gorgeous. This week's weekly boss materials will also go to Jinglan! If in doubt, use them on the attacker and max out all their skills. I also have Yinlin, but I can't shake the feeling that even with buffs, her damage falls short compared to others, and also the controls. I've used her enough, and although I couldn't max out all her skills, I want to try out a new character. Because it's a Fox character??!!? If I can play a Fox character in any game, I'll choose and play them first!!!
