Welcome to Memento Mori! In the early game, it's more efficient to pick one strong main attacker and focus your resources on them, rather than trying to unify elements. First, try building a team around your strongest characters, prioritizing their skill synergy.

I think it's best to unify the attributes as much as possible. Among the characters in the image, Merlin seems the most useful, but since she's a support buffer, you'll want an attacker. Natasha, Merlin, and unifying the rest with the green attribute might be a good idea.
