Who Should You Invest In (And Who Should You Avoid)?

In Memento Mori, both pulling characters and crafting equipment take a significant amount of time and diamonds. Therefore, trying to make everything LR is reckless. If you're going to spend money to get a character to LR5 anyway, it's better to go for a strong character with high versatility. For example, Winter Stella, the strongest attacker, is top-tier in PvP but not so much in PvE. Arti is also among the best in PvP, but not as much in PvE. Rustica is similar. She's not essential, at least. In the first place, the performance required for PvP is heavily influenced by the meta. To put it extremely, if there were a server with only SR characters, LR would be overkill (of course, such a server doesn't exist). There might be meta characters that become obsolete due to trends or new characters, and vice versa. Considering this, investing in characters that are at least reasonably strong and highly versatile is less likely to be a loss. So, who should you pick? If I had to name one, it would be Fear. She's the strongest in PvE, has support capabilities, is easy to fit into various parties, and her Arcana is also powerful. Fear is worth taking to LR5. Then, who else…? Who would be good?
