Yesterday, I had to deal with two customers who were like instant boiling water heaters, and sadly, it was at a level that would drain my SAN points... Today, I'm going to refuse overtime and make sure I get a good night's rest for tomorrow. Last night was the Mid-Autumn Festival moon, the full moon, wasn't it?
