I wonder if the exchange shop where points carry over will change its contents when the period ends. If different 4-star characters are coming, I want to exchange for them, but I don't know who to pick among the three.

It's customary for the exchange shop lineup to update when the event ends. If it's a limited-time character, it's wise to secure them within the period. If you prioritize the art, choosing the character with the design that appeals to you most, based on intuition, is also a valid approach!
