My Dear Ladies~! A Question for You~!
Good day to you all ð¹ To get straight to the point, my dear ladies, when you're at a restaurant and they get your order wrong, are you the type to ask for an exchange? I went to a restaurant earlier and they messed up my order. I showed them my receipt and said, "Um, this isn't quite rightâŠ" They apologized and offered to remake it, but I ended up saying, "It's fine as it isâŠ" I thought, "They'll probably just throw away the remade oneâŠ" I also feel hesitant about wasting food (even though I'm not the one throwing it away), and it wasn't like I *hated* what I received so much that I needed to have it remadeâŠ! Afterwards, someone who seemed to be the manager apologized and gave me a small gift as a token of apology⊠I'm telling myself this was a good deed, that I saved ingredients from being wasted, and that the incorrect order was still delicious. But I do have to admit, I still feel a little bit regretful~!! Though now I feel too embarrassed to go back to that restaurant!!! Since I said it was okay, I suppose I shouldn't complain any further⊠Well then, I shall take my leave ð( ÂŽ Ï ` )

That heart that cherishes ingredients is so wonderful, just like you, Hane-sama. If you received a souvenir, the shop staff must have been saved by your kindness too. Next time, please enjoy your meal with confidence.

Greetingsð¹ It does happen occasionally, doesn't it? Mistakes in what restaurants serve... I'd probably just let it slide too. It seems better for the world if it's eaten rather than thrown away, so the thought of having to eat it takes over, and I end up not saying anything.

If there's a mistake in the table, I let them know so the customer doesn't get into trouble ð¹ It's really troublesome when I realize the mistake after I've already started receiving it ð

I had the exact same situation the other day! I really wanted to eat it, even if it meant going a bit far! So I went to that shop, called the staff over, apologized, explained the situation⊠and they remade it for me âºïž If there's even a little bit of regret left in your heart, sometimes it's important to stand your ground! I used to work as a restaurant manager! Lady Hane, this was quite a disaster for you... but your noble demeanor was wonderful! I'm sure that kindness will circle back to you again. âºïž Depending on the restaurant, if there's an order mistake, they might not go out of business immediately? is what I personally think. For places that offer menu items at half price for staff meals, they might use them for their own meals... after all, it's heartbreaking to discard food. So, even if you accepted it as is because you didn't mind this time... if it happens again in the future, please feel free to do whatever your heart desires! âšðð I want you to enjoy your meal out and be happy!~! ...That being said, I think it's truly wonderful that you considered the restaurant's situation with such a broad perspective.
