Meditation over Sleep Support

Yesterday, I was so excited (?) about what to post on the Playo community that I had trouble sleeping. I thought I'd have someone in Akuneko meditate for me... but it was Howles, so I ended up having Howles meditate with me lol Apparently, there's something called 'lying down meditation' or 'sleep meditation'? I personally sleep better with meditation than with sleep support () When I use sleep support, I like the sound of summer insects, but the smartphone that's supposed to close after 2 minutes in the settings never automatically closes for Akuneko, so I barely use it... ( ･ ･̥ ) But meditation helps me sleep well lol I'm not very used to praising things, so I wonder if they'll add a sleep support feature that just involves breathing if I pay for it?
